Upon completion of training hours, the CNA will be enrolled in a STNA training program to make them eligible to take the state licensing exam to become a STNA.
Our CNAs assist nursing staff with caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents according to the individualized plan of care.
Additional responsibilities may include monitoring, observing, and assisting residents with various needs or changes in conditions.
